DEPOSIT/CASH REQUIRED
A mandatory non-refundable deposit is required upon booking. This fee is to hold the date and time you booked.
This deposit fee will go towards the balance of your service.
**The remaining balance will be due in CASH during your appointment**
(unless alternate payment is approved by BROOKLYN before hand!)
CONFIRM / CANCELLATION / RESCHEDULE
You must cancel 24 hours in advance in order to transfer your non-refundable deposit to another appointment.
Anytime after 48 hours, you will be forfeiting the non-refundable deposit fee.
NO DEPOSIT = NO APPOINTMENT!
PLEASE CONFIRM YOUR APPOINTMENT VIA TEXT AND/OR EMAIL! IF YOU DO NOT CONFIRM YOUR APPOINTMENT IT WILL BE CANCELED!
TRAVEL
We do not travel unless traveling for events.
Traveling for events is an additional $100.
Regular appointments will be at our salon location.
LATE ARRIVALS
You will have a 15 minute grace period. Beyond that time, your appointment will be canceled and we will keep your deposit(s).

EXTRA GUEST
Extra guest are not permitted unless they are being serviced or are approved by BROOKLYN.
Absolutely NO children allowed!

NO CALL NO SHOW
This will not be tolerated and you will be banned from making future appointments.
You will be charged 50% of the service(s) you booked.
We will send you a text message to remind you of your appointment 24-48 hours beforehand.
