DEPOSIT/CASH REQUIRED
We do NOT require booking deposit!
CONFIRM / CANCELLATION / RESCHEDULE
If you are not able to make it to your appointment, please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment in order to AVOID a cancellation fee!
The cancellation fee will be 45% of your service price, if you do not cancel or reschedule 24 hours in advance.
TRAVEL
We do not currently travel.
Regular appointments will be at our salon location.
LATE ARRIVALS
You will have a 15 minute grace period. Beyond that time, you will be charged a $10 late fee.
A mandatory cancellation will take place after 15 minutes and a 45% cancellation fee will be collected.
EXTRA GUEST

NO CALL NO SHOW
This will not be tolerated and you will be banned from making future appointments.
You will be charged 50% of the service(s) you booked.
We will send you a text message to remind you of your appointment 24-48 hours beforehand.
